2.6 x44bet reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.
3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your x44bet login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes.
3.2 You must notify x44bet immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account. x44bet will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to maintain credential security.
3.3 You must not share your x44bet account credentials with any third party, including family members, agents, or acquaintances. Account sharing is prohibited.
3.4 You are responsible for all activity conducted through your x44bet account, including all bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested, regardless of whether such activity was authorised by you.
3.5 You must keep your registered personal information current and accurate. Material changes – including changes to your name, address, payment method, or contact details – must be updated through your account settings or by contacting x44bet support.
4.1 All financial transactions on x44bet are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). x44bet does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any foreign currency.
4.2 x44bet accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and Bank Alfalah bank transfer. x44bet reserves the right to add, modify, or remove supported payment methods at any time.
4.3 The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200 for JazzCash and Easypaisa, and Rs 1,000 for bank transfer methods. Minimum amounts are subject to change and the current minimums are displayed in the x44bet Cashier.
4.4 Withdrawals will be processed back to the same payment method and account used for the original deposit. x44bet does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or to payment methods not used for deposit.
4.5 Before any withdrawal can be processed, the Account Holder must complete KYC identity verification by providing a valid government-issued identity document and, where requested, proof of address and proof of payment method ownership.
4.6 x44bet reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of KYC, fraud checks, or bonus wagering requirement verification.
4.7 You must not deposit funds derived from illegal activity. Deposits are accepted in good faith as funds belonging to you and obtained through lawful means.
5.1 All bets placed through x44bet's sportsbook are subject to the specific betting rules applicable to each sport, competition, and market type. These rules are published within the relevant market or game interface.
5.2 Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by x44bet, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the user except where explicitly permitted under the applicable market rules (e.g., cash out functionality, where available).
5.3 x44bet reserves the right to void bets where: (a) a bet has been accepted in error; (b) a market has been suspended and a bet was placed after suspension; (c) a sporting event result is reversed or declared void by the governing body; or (d) x44bet has reasonable grounds to suspect match manipulation or integrity breach.
5.4 All casino games offered through x44bet use certified random number generators (RNG) or live dealer operations by licensed third-party studios. x44bet does not manipulate game outcomes.
5.5 The house edge is an inherent feature of all casino games. x44bet makes no representation that any game can be beaten in the long run through any strategy or system. Casino gaming is entertainment and carries real financial risk.
5.6 Minimum and maximum bet limits apply across all sportsbook markets and casino game tables. Current limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface.
6.1 x44bet may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, free bets, deposit matches, or loyalty rewards to eligible account holders. All such promotions are subject to specific terms published at the time of the promotion.
6.2 Unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise, bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings can be converted to withdrawable cash.
6.3 Bonus abuse – including the creation of multiple accounts to claim promotions more than once, collusion with other users to fulfil wagering requirements, or any other conduct designed to exploit promotion terms in bad faith – will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus amounts and associated winnings.
6.4 x44bet reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to any commitments already made to eligible users under the original promotion terms.
6.5 Promotional bonuses are available to Pakistani residents aged 18+ only, and may be restricted to one per household or device, as specified in the individual promotion terms.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on x44bet and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of funds:
8.1 x44bet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where x44bet has reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms have been breached.
8.2 In the event of account closure due to breach of these Terms, any balance attributable to fraudulent deposits, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct may be forfeited. Legitimate unencumbered balances will be returned to the account holder following satisfactory KYC verification.
8.3 You may request closure of your own x44bet account at any time by contacting x44bet support. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with the applicable betting rules. Any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method following KYC verification.
8.4 Self-exclusion requests (submitted through x44bet's Responsible Gaming tools or by contacting support) will result in account access being restricted for the duration of the self-exclusion period. During self-exclusion, you must not attempt to open a new x44bet account.
9.1 All content on x44bet – including but not limited to the x44bet brand name, logo, website design, software, text, images, and data – is the intellectual property of x44bet or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use x44bet for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any x44bet content.
9.3 Use of x44bet's brand, name, or visual identity for any commercial or promotional purpose without express written permission is strictly prohibited.

10.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, x44bet shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of x44bet, including but not limited to gambling losses, loss of funds, loss of data, or loss of access to your account.
10.3 Gambling involves real financial risk. x44bet does not guarantee any outcome and accepts no liability for financial losses incurred through normal use of the platform's betting and gaming Services.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit x44bet's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
11.1 x44bet is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. x44bet operates a strict 18+ age policy and reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time.
11.2 x44bet provides the following responsible gaming tools to all account holders: (a) deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly); (b) loss limits; (c) session time reminders; (d) temporary self-exclusion; (e) permanent self-exclusion.
11.3 Once a self-exclusion has been applied to an x44bet account, it cannot be reversed for the duration of the selected exclusion period. x44bet will use reasonable technical measures to prevent re-registration during an active self-exclusion period.
